    I take a limited number of orders at a time, because each board requires 48–72 hours of active production time across multiple days. Cutting the walnut, pouring the black resin, setting each figure by hand, sanding, finishing. It can't be rushed.

    Boards are actually hand built?

    Yes. The cosmos is poured straight down the middle by hand, giving every board its own swirl of stars and colour. No two are ever the same — the one you reserve is built from scratch, just for you.

    What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once reviewed and approved, we'll gladly send a replacement to make things right.

    How do I clean and care for my board?

    To keep your pot looking its best, simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. We recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight for extended periods, as UV exposure can cause the colors to fade over time. If you notice any dust buildup in the sculpted details, a soft dry brush works perfectly to keep every character looking sharp.
